When: Wednesday, July 26th 6pm-9pm
Free Admission for Guests
Standard Vendor Fee: $100 per business
Double Booth: $175 per business
Set up Times: 3 pm until 5:30 pm
Clean Up Times: Booths are to remain active until 9 pm
Vendor Booth Includes:
Standard Booth Size 7ft Space (with a 4 or 6 ft table)
* If you need us to provide a 6 ft table, there is a $10 fee (includes 6 ft table & white linen)
Free Gift Bags to First 100 Attendees:
All Vendors Are Encouraged to donate to the gift bag! (small token items to promote your business) Deadline to submit your items for addition to gift bag is Monday July 24th
Raffle for Attendees:
We offer a Door Prize Raffle.
If you prefer to donate to our door prize raffle in lieu of gift bags, that is also appreciated.
Help Us Promote the Event:
We will provide an image and a Facebook Event that you can promote and share as follows:
• Your Business Facebook Page and Personal Page
• Email Blast to your current customers
• Printed flyers to help distribute (as applicable)
• The more you help us promote, the more guests we will have attend and more $ for our vendors!
Individual Giveaways Are Encouraged:
We understand that most vendors like to gather email addresses on their own.
You are welcome to gather leads at your booth station with an individual giveaway.
Branding Your Booth Space:
We all want our show to appear professional and fabulous
Provide your business branding items such as signage, table clothes, business cards, brochures, etc.
Deadline for Applications:
• Registrations are accepted on a space available basis and payment is required to reserve your spot (you will be taken to paypal next)
• Final deadline for participation is July 20th.

• Applicants who have registered, but cannot attend, must email email@example.com by July 20th to receive a booth fee refund.
• In the event that a participant must cancel after July 20th, no booth fee refunds will be issued.
